Booking Details

All rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of tax and service charges.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Safety deposit box is available at the reception.
Room rates are EXCLUSIVE OF BREAKFAST.
Collection from Thongsala is fee of charge for bookings of 3 nights or more.
Other wise transfer Service from / to Thongsala Pier is 100 Baht per person each way.
Transfer Service from / to Haad Rin Pier is 200 Baht per person each way.
Internet is available in reception.
Check out time is 10.00 am.

Child Policy

Children 4-11 years sharing same bed with parents are free of charge on accommodation.
Babycot is available free of charge.
Children are 50% discount for American breakfast.

Booking Restrictions

Minimum stays: Full moon week 3 nights, New Year and Christmas is 5 nights.
Full moon week is defined as full moon night plus the 3 nights before and after full moon.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season - 14 days notice required prior to check in.
High Season - 21 days notice required prior to check in.
Deposits are refunded less any transaction charges (i.e paypal costs at 3.8% per transaction).
Cancellations must be received from the same email address that the booking was confirmed.
